ALGUE spent 3 weeks out of the water. During this time the rig was removed and the interior from the mast back to the engine was removed and 11 oak frames were repaired. Some were rotten, others cracked. They were repaired with 5mm oak laminates.
The exterior of the hull was sanded back, faired and painted. Below the waterline finished with a burgundy coloured antifoul and above the water a glossy Snow White.
New speed paddle and depth sounder installed.

A superb 4 day regatta in the heart of the French Riviera. This year the wind was light all week,
Algue on the start line. The Dream Team!! A great 4 days in Saint Tropez!!
The rig was taken out during the 3 week yard period. It was stripped of old varnish and inspected thoroughly.
Join us for a morning or afternoon sail. Relax, swim, enjoy some delicious wine and charcuterie.
